I've nothing personal against McCain, really I don't. Like many other American citizens who take their democratic freedoms and rights seriously, I want someone who knows what's going on, and is about to go on, in the world and has a very active interest in it.
The guy is applying for the most important job in the country (if not the world, arguably), responsible for the well being of at least 304,807,564 people. And for that don't you need to be among the best qualified, as good as they come?
